Risks and unforeseen Circumstances:
Waratah Adventure Tours Pty. Ltd. will do everything possible to make your holiday a time to remember. People of different age groups participate in our tours, we therefore adjust activities to the fitness levels of the tour members. Nevertheless certain risks exist on nature-based excursions, especially in remote regions without medical support. Extreme temperatures, exposure to dust and the rugged terrain can be a hazard to elderly and unfit persons.
The operator reserves the right to alter itineraries as necessitated by unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, road closures, natural catastrophes, mechanical failures or other safety issues. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the client. Some activities on the tours are provided by other companies, consequently Waratah Adventure Tours does not take any responsibility whatsoever for these activities.
Cancellations:
Waratah Adventure Tours Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel tours at least 4 weeks prior to departure, if the minimum number of 2 participants has not been reached. In this case we will recommend a suitable alternative.
